Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dorset Maple Reserve Smoked Maple Syrup
  • 12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 3 oz TÖST

Instructions

Muddle mint, lime juice, and maple syrup. Add rum and ice, shake well. Strain into a glass, top with TÖST, and garnish with mint sprigs.
